This plan covers up to three (3) devices and includes one (1) or more of the following remote services:

- Tablet setup and troubleshooting

- Hardware installation guidance
- Computer setup and configuration
- Smart home device assistance
- Operating system installation
- Memory installation guidance
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Password reset assistance
- Data transfer and backup assistance

Premium Support for Individuals is $19.00 to start and $19.00 per month ($19.00 monthly due 30 days after first payment and will continue every month unless cancelled).
Additional work beyond remote support, including on-site visits, physical repairs, parts, hardware, software, accessories, and third-party subscriptions are not included and will be quoted separately. Active subscribers receive a discounted on-site rate of $150.00/hour. Hourly work is rounded up to the nearest half-hour. A technician will always inform you of any additional fees before work begins.
