*Assist Client with fixing network connection issue on one computer (Norton blocked internet connection), tested all hardware and concluded Arris Modem and Xfinity Boosters were faulty. Recommended client purchase new modem which we will need to set up. Resolved slow internet speed on client cell phone by closing 500 opened tabs, and other general testing and repairs.

*$220 for 1st hour, $150.00 per additional hour, 2.5 hours total (9:00 AM arrival time, 11:30 AM departure time). 1 hour @ 220 + 1.5 hours @ 150 = $445.00
