NE Installers 3450 S Blair Stone Rd Site Work 10-6-2025

  1. Met with property manage who stated that none of the lockers were working. Removed doors from all modules and inspected boards, connections, cables, etc. and all were functioning properly.
  2. Spoke with Matt at tech support who advised me to disconnect power to the main module with the LCD display and leave it off for 15 minutes as that would reboot the system and resolve the issue. Everything was powered down and left off for 20 minutes, everything was then plugged back in, fuse on power box was changed, everything powered up, but the lockers were not functioning as needed.
  3. Called tech support again and spoke with Ian who advised me to change the wiring of the ethernet cables. We tested the ethernet connection individually to each system board and confirmed that all boards were good and in working order.
  4. Resolution was to add new ethernet cable and run internet connection from startech box to far left module, then connect ethernet to the next module until all were confirmed to be working as needed.
  5. Confirmed issue was resolved with Ian at tech support and disconnected the phone call.
  6. Met with property manager who checked the lockers and confirmed they were working as needed.
  7. Left property at 12:15 PM.
