• Complete Google Setup — Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager, all synced to your site
• 7 Social Media Pages created and configured: Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn, Yelp, Better Business Bureau, YouTube, and Instagram

What’s Included (Ongoing Monthly Service):

• Google Ads campaign management — strategy, build-out, monitoring, and optimization
• Website maintenance with unlimited revisions while subscription is active
• Premium tech support — your own personal technician for up to 5 hours/month across up to 3 devices, including virus removal, network and printer setup, software/hardware install, email setup, password help, data backup, and general troubleshooting
• Salesforce CRM administration — ongoing tweaks, user support, and minor automation updates

Investment:

• $2,000 due at signup to begin work
• $2,000 due upon Salesforce CRM completion and handoff
• $500/month thereafter for ongoing management and support (begins the month after CRM handoff)

Important Notes:

• Photos, logos, domains, hosting, email addresses, ad spend, and Salesforce license fees are not included and billed separately
• Unused support hours do not roll over; additional support beyond 5 hours/month is billed at $75/hour
• Additional pricing may apply for eCommerce sites or significant custom work — all scope is confirmed in writing before work begins

Disclosures:

1. The Complete Business Growth Package is $2,000.00 to start, $2,000.00 due upon Salesforce CRM completion, and $500.00 per month thereafter for ongoing services. Recurring monthly billing begins 30 days after the milestone payment is received (or after the configured trial period, whichever is later) and continues every month unless cancelled with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
2. “Salesforce CRM completion” is defined as: (a) the Salesforce org is built and configured per the agreed-upon scope, (b) the client has received login credentials and a handoff/walkthrough session, and (c) New Horizon Technology has delivered written notice that the CRM is ready for client use. The milestone payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of completion notice. Failure to remit the milestone payment within seven (7) days authorizes New Horizon Technology to suspend all services until payment is received.
3. If the client cancels after the initial payment but before Salesforce CRM completion, the initial $2,000.00 payment is non-refundable, the milestone payment is waived, and recurring service does not begin. Any work already delivered remains the property of the client.
4. The recurring monthly service includes Google Ads campaign management, website maintenance with unlimited revisions, Salesforce CRM administration, and premium remote tech support of up to five (5) hours per month across up to three (3) devices. Unused support hours do not roll over to the following month.
5. Additional devices beyond three (3) are billed at $75.00 per device per month. Support work beyond five (5) hours per month is billed at $75.00 per hour.
6. Premium tech support is a remote support plan only. On-site visits, physical repairs, parts, hardware, software licenses, accessories, and third-party subscriptions are not included and will be quoted separately. Active subscribers receive a discounted on-site rate of $150.00/hour. Hourly work is rounded up to the nearest half-hour.
7. The following are not included in any payment under this package and are billed separately or paid directly by the client to the applicable vendor: photos, logos, domain registration, hosting, email accounts, Google Ads spend, Salesforce license fees, and any third-party software or subscription costs.
8. A technician will always inform the client of any additional fees before work begins. All scope changes, eCommerce additions, or significant custom work will be discussed and confirmed in writing before any related work proceeds.
9. New Horizon Technology is an independent local technology service provider and is not affiliated with Salesforce, Google, WordPress, Meta, or any other third-party platform or device manufacturer referenced in this package.
