*Did troubleshooting on site with Comcast on the phone. Documented correct Network settings and internet only worked when bypassing Comcast external boxes.
*Checked the firewall, every workstation, TV, and printer in the office. All are properly configured and workstations showing roughly 500 Mbps internet speed.
*4 hours of on-site work completed 12-11-2025 @ $200.00 per hour (5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on site)
