Milestone payment for the Salesforce CRM build, due upon completion as defined in the Complete Business Growth Package agreement.

This payment corresponds to delivery of the Salesforce CRM built and configured per the agreed-upon scope, including login credentials, walkthrough sessions, and written notice that the CRM is ready for use.

The CRM is delivered as an operational system supporting your day-to-day workflow — lead creation and management, lead-to-account conversion, person accounts, notes, custom fields, and automatic activity capture. As designed from the start, the CRM grows with your business; ongoing field adjustments, refinements, and additional customizations continue as part of your active monthly subscription.

Phone/calling functionality through the CRM requires an active third-party subscription (e.g. RingCentral) paid directly by the client and is not included in this payment.

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS SERVICE

Disclosures:

  1. This is the milestone payment referenced in the Complete Business Growth Package agreement and is due within seven (7) calendar days of the completion notice. Failure to remit payment within seven (7) days authorizes New Horizon Technology to suspend all services until payment is received.
  2. “Completion” is defined per the Complete Business Growth Package agreement as: (a) the Salesforce org built and configured per the agreed-upon scope, (b) the client has received login credentials and a handoff/walkthrough session, and (c) New Horizon Technology has delivered written notice that the CRM is ready for client use.
  3. Ongoing configuration, field adjustments, and additional customizations are provided as part of the client’s active monthly subscription and are not a condition of this payment.
  4. The following are not included in this payment and are billed separately or paid directly by the client to the applicable vendor: third-party software and subscriptions (including phone/calling services such as RingCentral), Salesforce license fees, hosting, domains, and any other third-party costs.
