   1. Changed System Board on locker kiosk module located on far-left side of wall to the immediate right of room entrance door, (module with LCD Display)
   2. Tested physical internet connections coming from wall/adapters
   3. System partially working, need additional parts
   4. Spoke with Matt at tech support who said they would be sending a new System Board and a long ethernet cable
   5. Arrival time 1:00 PM EST. Departure time 12:30 PM EST. Total time on site 1.5 hours

   1. Changed System Board on locker kiosk module located on far-right side of wall straight in front of room entrance door, standalone module
   2. Installed new ethernet cable and connected it from black box labelled “Star Tech” that is behind LCD panel on locker kiosk and connected it to System Board that was installed on locker kiosk module located on far-right side of wall straight in front of room entrance door, standalone module
   3. Confirmed with Property Manager Meghan Comer that all lockers were working properly
   4. Confirmed with Ian at tech support that all lockers were working properly
   5. Arrival time 11:00 AM EST. Departure time 12:00 PM EST. Total time on site 1 hour

*Total amount due $500.00 (2.5 hours total on site work @ $200.00 per hour. 1.5 hours completed on 8-4-2025 and 1 hour completed on 8-25-2025).
