Premium Support for Businesses is $300.00 to start and $300.00 per month ($300.00 monthly due 30 days after first payment and will continue every month unless cancelled). Base plan covers up to three (3) devices. Additional devices beyond three (3) are $75.00 per device per month.

Additional work beyond remote support, including on-site visits, physical repairs, parts, hardware, software, accessories, and third-party subscriptions are not included and will be quoted separately. Active subscribers receive a discounted on-site rate of $150.00/hour. Hourly work is rounded up to the nearest half-hour. A technician will always inform you of any additional fees before work begins.
